At Divine Scholars Tutoring & Advocate Services, we’re committed to providing prompt, reliable delivery for all materials, resources, and documentation associated with our tutoring and advocacy services. Please review our shipping policy below for full details.
1. Digital Products & Services
Most of our services—including tutoring sessions, consultations, and educational resources—are delivered digitally.

Delivery Method:
Digital materials (such as PDFs, reports, session notes, and educational resources) are delivered via email or secure client portal. -
Delivery Time:
Materials are typically sent within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation or session completion, unless otherwise stated. -
Non-Delivery Issues:
If you do not receive your digital materials within the expected timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still have not received them, contact us at cservice@divine-scholars.com for prompt assistance.
2. Physical Products & Materials
If you purchase or request physical materials (such as printed reports, textbooks, or merchandise), the following terms apply:

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. -
Shipping Carriers:
We use UPS. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. -
Estimated Delivery Time:

Domestic (U.S.): 5–10 business days

International: 10–21 business days (delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing)

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on weight, destination, and delivery method. -
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 business days with your order details and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
3. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped or the digital materials sent.

Once materials are shipped or delivered electronically, cancellations are not available.
4. Incorrect Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order. Divine Scholars is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship.
